About

The project has been developed by Farrukh Akhtar, who is an Associate Professor at Kingston University, and a registered Social Worker. It has been piloted at the university. Early results indicate that most people enjoy participating in the project and feel that it contributes to improving or sustaining their subjective levels of happiness and resilience, and leads to them feeling more connected to other people.

The project has been run at the university for several years and is now open to other HEI’s. In addition, it is now open to specific health and social care organisations. If your organisation would like to get involved – please get in touch.
