Information for participants

Information for participants

Thank you for your interest. There is no charge to participate in the project, just a willingness to check your emails every week day, for ten weeks.  There is no cap on how many participants can sign up for it.

What will taking part involve?

You will be given a copy of this information sheet to keep and you may also be asked to sign a consent form. After you have done this, you will be enrolled to start receiving the daily emails from the 30th September 2019, every week day, for ten weeks.  You will also have access to a private discussion page, where you can post and view responses to the daily messages that you receive.

You can choose to opt out of receiving these messages at any time – simply email Replenish@kingston.ac.uk.

What are the benefits of taking part?

Previous participants have found the daily messages inspirational, uplifting and helpful in enabling them to set a positive intention to their day. They have reported that over time, this has resulted in them making more active choices around their happiness and sense of resilience.

However, the project is not a replacement for seeking medical help if you are concerned about your mood or well-being in any way.
