Structure of the project and timescales

The project will begin on Monday 30th September 2019 and will last for ten weeks.

The first three weeks of the project focus on developing mindfulness, and mental de-cluttering. There are a number of projects around happiness and well-being.  This course combines the strengths of two different courses: Project Happiness (https://projecthappiness.com/ ) and Sood (2015). The remaining seven weeks focus on a different theme each week, each of which develops a different aspect of their resilience: gratitude, compassion, acceptance, meaning, forgiveness, relationships and healthy habits.

Over the course of ten weeks, participants will cover the following ground:

Week 3 14th October mindfulness
Week 4 21st October gratitude
Week 5 28th October compassion
Week 6 4th November acceptance
Week 7 11th November meaning
Week 8 18th November forgiveness
Week 9 25th November relationships
Week 10 2nd December healthy habits
